What the enquiry form collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it erased.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form. Nothing else on this site collects personal data - there are no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party scripts of any kind.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your firm, if you give one
- The kind of enquiry you selected
- Whatever you write in the project details box
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, send a sample box or quotation if you asked for one, and keep a record of what was quoted. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an order, the order record is kept for as long as tax and company law require.
Your rights
Under the Act you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Erase it
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot
Where it goes
Your enquiry is delivered to Earthiva by email. It is stored with our email provider and, if it becomes an order, in our own records. This site sets no cookies.
